I have had the car for 3 weeks. Love the car. The App is horrible and there is a charge! Subaru you got too greedy taking away a no charge remote start button on the fob and switching to an App that doesn’t work but the company can charge for the service. I will be canceling the subscription.
The app is terrible. Only works half the time. A key fob start is simple and didn't need improvement. Simply press a button. 10 minute run time is ridiculous for cold winter mornings. And you want me to pay for this thing? Nope.
This app is a waste! I’ve had my car just over a year & the remote start hasn’t worked numerous times. I wish I had my key remote again, never a problem. This will definitely make me rethink the purchase of a Subaru again if this is the best thru can now offer!
