I have had the car for 3 weeks. Love the car. The App is horrible and there is a charge! Subaru you got too greedy taking away a no charge remote start button on the fob and switching to an App that doesn’t work but the company can charge for the service. I will be canceling the subscription.

The app is terrible. Only works half the time. A key fob start is simple and didn't need improvement. Simply press a button. 10 minute run time is ridiculous for cold winter mornings. And you want me to pay for this thing? Nope.

How about a good key with remote start on it. App is horrible. I ‘tried’ to use it but it took forever and didn’t work. Just used the key. Not sure why they took remote start button off the key! Anyone have a reverse engineered hack for me to make my own?! 5 thumbs down rating for this app. App is ok but functionality doesn’t work. Would be ok if it wasn’t an extra cost and they had same functionality on key ring but they don’t.

Useless! All I want is to be able to remotely start my car at work! I don’t need to start from 100 miles away I need to start from 100 Feet away!!! Taking the remote start away from the key fob was a Big Mistake! I will Never buy another car with this design of remote start. IT DONT WORK! The app just SPINS…I have removed and reinstalled the app numerous times works maybe twice then back to just spinning! Sorry but for $43,000 I expected more!!!!!!!!

Was loving this app until I updated my iPhone now it only shows a white screen!

I am paying for this app for remote access. About a month ago it stopped working. I go to use is and The screen is white with an error message HTTP Forbidden 403 nonsense. I called Subaru STARLINK and they were supposed to have a senior tech call me. That never happened. I delete and download this app almost daily if I want to start my car. Cold weather is coming and I want what I am paying for.

Don’t depend on this app to lock and unlock your car. App goes down and your stranded like I am right now. And if you have your fob you don’t t need this app to lock and unlock your car because it’s alot quicker to use the fob. Too many steps to use the app. Useless. Will never use this app again and am going to see if I paid money for this and if so request a refund. Step up your game Subaru. Not what I would expect.

New update won't let me log in. Just an opening picture. I no longer have remote connection to my car. I do believe this app was one of the features I paid for in the price of my car.

mysubaru app always says 'we are sorry to tell you that your account does not have a vehicle' . Someone facing the same issue ?
